Student Health Council (SHC) Hosts Hartselle Lecture

On April 16th, the SHC and Dr. Kelly Holder hosted a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy workshop. The event featured Dr. Stephanie Hartselle who specializes in anxiety, sleep, and emotion regulation.

30 students attended the workshop covering topics like the importance of maintaining healthy circadian rhythms, using tactile visualization techniques during stress, and addressing perfectionism and shame in medicine.

This event was co-sponsored by the Office of University Postdoctoral Affairs and the Carney Institute for Brain Science.
