The 2nd Annual Physician Well-Being Symposium will be held at The Warren Alpert Medical School on April 30, 2025.

This symposium aims to highlight innovative well-being initiatives and projects occurring within the Brown community that support physician health and prevent burnout.

The Physician Well-Being Symposium provides an opportunity for medical students, residents, and fellows to share their work with others who aim to promote physician well-being. Selected presenters will have the chance to exchange ideas and build connections.

Presentation formats:

• 10-minute “TED-style” talk: Share a local initiative improving physician well-being.
• 5-minute highlight reel: Showcase a key well-being solution that has worked for you or your team.

We are seeking short presentations that highlight innovative well-being initiatives and projects occurring within the Brown community that support physician and healthcare workforce health and prevent burnout.
